This is your last chance this season to partake of the Village of Suffern's Free Summer Concert Series. Kurt Gallagher will be performing songs for children. Rockland County, Suffern NY - Free Summer Concert Series Despite the economic downturn, many Rockland County towns, the village of Suffern among them, are continueing their tradition of free summer concerts. The Village of Suffern's summer concert series is well underway.
