The President is coming up with all of these Stimulus that are costing all the tax payers Billions of Dollars, and there is one that won't cost us a dime. This is bringing back 3rd Party Down Payment assistance with some guidelines that they did not have previously. We need these first time home buyers and some of the move up buyers to be able to get more closing help from the sellers. This will allow buyers to get in a home for as low as $1,000 out of pocket. Previous to October 1,2008 40% of FHA loans had 3rd party DPA (Down Payment Assistance). Now that this is no longer available we have seen sales, and sales prices fall more in our area and I am sure this is national as well. We need to get Congress to get DPA back this is crucial to the economy and the housing market and stabilizing housing prices, and this will be something that doesn't put us in deeper national debt. Lets get this going!!!
