2007 Sales:
77 Units sold
Average List price: $266,951
Average Close Price: $262,786 or 98.4% of list
Min Sold Price: $109,417 Max Sold Price: $549,900
The total units sold were down by 6 units (7.2%) for the quarter while the average sold price in 2007 increased $21,214 or 8.78% over the 2006 figures.

Rosedale 21237-Finding information on the history of Baltimore County, Rosedale, Maryland 21237 is a real feat!
The true development of the area did not occur until after WWII, but previously was primarily farmland in a very rural atmosphere. 
The legend of the naming of the community comes from a child that told a story of a man named Dale that had a farm on Hamilton Avenue north of Philadelphia Rd. The farm was known by locals for being beautifully covered in roses and so people began to use it as a local marker....thus Rose...dale. How true this is, at least to me, … (0 comments)

I have always been a very service oriented person, not just great client service but service to community. I have always felt that no matter what level of life you are at, there are others that need a helping hand.
Today in Essex at 138 Back River Neck Rd, 21221. I found the Grand Opening of the new CnS Trading Company & Mini Mall. My first thought was what a great new flea market for the Essex Community, but as I delved deeper into this new market, I found much, much more.
