Baltimore County Dundalk Maryland 21222 Home Search As a Realtor, I watch the local markets very close. Working Eastern Baltimore County, Dundalk is one of the local markets I keep an eye on.
Dundalk, like the rest of the State, has a record amount of inventory on the market, but Dundalk is still showing STRONG sales! Every story that I have read talks about how we are in a strong BUYER'S MARKET-a buyer's market to me means that there is currently OVER 6 months inventory listed. In checking the numbers from the Metro Regional Information Systems (MRIS) for Dundalk:
