There are so many good posts on Active Rain on a daily basis! I feel as though I have grown by leaps and bounds just from reading posts over the past 2 weeks! Anyone who is in the Real Estate Industry should be required to be here-actually do you think we could turn in our hours on AR for CEU Credit?
As I promised as Moderator of the "Rookies Turning Pro" Group, as I find outstanding posts that are, at least in my opinion, VITAL to the Rookie agent, I will repost them specifically in the rookie groups.

I have been planning this blog  and actually started it yesterday but it ended up being FREE, Easy ways to jumpstart your career . Finally I was inspired by Brande Bradford with her blog  Cliff or Trampoline. Brande made some outstanding points in her  piece geared toward the Rookie Agents. Between those two blogs, I felt that a good "back to basics" piece for Rookies and "not-so-rookies" could help those that are possibly struggling and wondering "why" they are in this business.

Being new to AR, I am doing a lot of reading and studying so that my posts can be both beneficial and enjoyable. I am finding that already this is not an easy task and you must truly be dedicated to helping others.
