We are past the bottom of the market. Prices of Real Estate are still very Affordable. Interest rates are still near record lows. There is still a good amount of inventory to choose from.
You couldn't manufacture a better opportunity if you wanted to!
If you wait much longer, the rising interest rates will greatly impact your purchasing power!
