Does anyone know where there has been legal action taken against the term used in advertisements?

                                        This Home is a Fixer-Upper and is only $30,000!!!
It is a 2 bedroom 2 story with over 1800 square feet and has a partial Mississippi River view!

It is being sold "as-is, where-is". House could be rented for $600 per month when fixed up.
