Boy this past weekend was a very busy one for me. On Saturday, I hosted two Open Houses in Crescent City California. Today was a great day, it was a great day because after 4 months of waiting, my buyer finally received a written notice from the seller's lender stating that they will agree to accept the short sale! We were almost giving up and moving on to other homes on the market, but we are glad we waited out.
