stock market: The US Depression Will Continue Into 2010 - 02/24/09 02:24 PM
The current stock market rally today is based on talk that an economic recovery will begin in the last half of 2009 or the beginning of 2010. There is also the opinion that government leaders should talk up optimism to restore consumer confidence. Actually what will probably occur is a further drop in the stock market to a dow 6,000 washout or so then a rally beginning in early spring lasting through the summer when most of the killer sharks go on vacation. It will be at this late market up point when people will start to believe this bull and … (1 comments)

stock market: Stock Market, What! You Still Own Stock? Why? High 14,000 now, 8100, next 6,900 - 01/29/09 04:46 PM
Those that would be in the know say that there is no end in sight. That means any rise in the current market is a con job. An example of in the know would be packaging companies because they would a first call economic upturn. Well a major cardboard company just went bankrupt. That even shocked me. A leader in shipping say that nobody knows when a first glimmer will occur. Stock markets generally trade 6 months into the future and that time period is still bleak. CON JOB DAYS are friday and monday because the volume is simply not there … (1 comments)

stock market: Yes Michelle, The Dow Is Gonna Drop 5,000 More Points To 3,500 - 11/07/08 12:11 PM
I am shocked that most people believe that any number below the current Dow is irrelevent. It just can't go any lower because we want to believe that and the media stands up talking heads to say "the bottom is in"...BREAKING NEWS...Obama finds whitehouse dog. Secret photo has been revealed on 6sex6.com... … (2 comments)

stock market: Stock Market Rally As Of Now "Phony Baloney" - 10/13/08 09:54 PM
Only heavy trading volume will confirm a stock market move. That did not happen with the 936 point rise on Monday. It certainly made a nice billboard and perhaps it will meld the society into a positive participation, but society usually becomes bullish in the later stage of any market move. So the volume would have to come from those with wealth and in the know and they certainly were shy to say the least. One major average did not even meet average daily trading volume today. … (0 comments)

stock market: See! See! I Told You. Stocks Continue to Follow The 1929 Great Depression Stock Chart - 10/06/08 11:19 AM
If this trend continues, you will lose 90% of your money in stocks and mutual funds. There is only one ray of hope and that is if we get BIG, BIG, BIG, BIG TRADING VOLUMN. For every seller there is a buyer and heavy volumn tells you that large sell trades are finding buyers, at this point the fat cat elite buyers who will laugh at you for selling. We are reading that the fat cat elite buyers are standing in line to buy gold bars and certainly not paper asset stocks. Like we said, watch for heavy volumn for possible … (1 comments)

stock market: ActiveRain Slaughterhouse: Feeding Lot - 09/29/08 11:20 AM
Well the feeding lot gate has been closed as today's news is that gold and silver can not be easily found. One comment was that some back in the woods mint in Pennsylvania may still have some silver for sale. To refresh your memory again, gold and silver in your hand is about the only investment that will prevail in a credit crunch. The invisible hand in a credit crunch goes where it can do the most harm. That is to say capital is in short supply and THEY NEED IT and will take from the largest potential capital pool. It … (1 comments)

stock market: Hard To Believe That Anybody Would Own Stocks Or Mutual Funds Right Now - 09/22/08 09:22 AM
The ongoing de-leveraging process will probably cut in half investment grade P/E Ratios (price/earnings). Back in times when thoughts of blue skies and amber waves of grain in Kansas the P/E ratios were: average stocks 6/1; growth stocks 15 - 20 / 1. These P/E ratios are now trading considerably higher than that meaning that stocks must fall enmasse 50% or more to adjust to the times. Couple that with stock brokerage firms reducing staff and thus less stock honkers. We are in a transitional period going from FantasyLand to Reality while the government is pumping billions into the economy. I … (0 comments)

stock market: The 1929 Stock Market "Great Depression" Track Meets The Scarecrow - 09/19/08 07:18 AM
The heart of the financial crisis is the OTC derivatives meltdown. Senator Harry Reid said "They have no idea what to do." Actions to be taken by the US Treasury and Federal Reserve Board to restore market confidence being touted in the media simply will not work the derivatives experts say . The scarecrow's advanced state of thought is "hey, we have a bigger problem here". Our advice is to follow the 1929 great depression stock market chart and act while there is a momentary market for stocks. The OTC derivatives have no market and can not be priced and this … (0 comments)

stock market: Stock Market Confirms 1929 "The Great Depression" Track - 09/17/08 07:28 PM
The stock market is following the 1929 chart. This move will take the market down to almost nothingness. Yes, that's right , maybe you will have 5% of your investments left. It is a market of stocks so some things should respond well, however I think they initially followed the trend before asserting themselves. We should be able to advise you if and when this track is broken and the "risk to reward factor" will be in your favor. So stay tuned to our lifeline blogs. As of today, our analysis is that investors are mostly frozen with no action being … (1 comments)

stock market: Hug Your Kids And Prepare For The Worst - 09/16/08 10:54 PM
As of Monday September 15 there has been a global financial collapse. Unless you are an immediate direct party to the triggering of the OTC derivative contracts you will just have to wait. The size of money in question demanding performance is 10 to the 15th power. The estimated total global wealth is 400 trillion dollars, a trillion being 10 to the 12th power. … (1 comments)

stock market: "Since The Last Depression" Well The 1929 Stock Market Chart... - 09/16/08 07:49 AM
The sub-prime credit crunch began in August of 2007 sending the stock market down sharply. Then there was a reversal and the stock market recovered somewhat due to hopes of the actions taken by the government. Well it appears that is not the case as the stock market plummets by falling the most since the 2001 terrorist attack and the tech bubble bursting. People are now comparing current events to the last depression so what does the 1929 stock market chart say will happen now. The 1929 chart says that the stock market will NOW crash...We have just read that there … (1 comments)

stock market: Stock Market, It's Not Batman But It Is A Sequel With A Joker - 07/27/08 07:29 AM
A tumultuous response to our blog "The Only Way To Make Money In The Stock Market" definitely demands a sequel. The formula also works in reverse since 3 X - 4 X average daily volumn when a stock is trading at it's high means that the risk exceeds the reward and should be sold. We recommended that you just take a 75% profit and walk away and go on to the next stock, but if you use the "risk to reward ratio" both ways, a 300% profit is not out of the question. Aah, the joker..."Jesus in pin stripes" or the … (2 comments)

stock market: The Only Way To Make Money In The Stock Market - 07/27/08 12:18 AM
There is only one way to make money in the stock market and most people know this. Simply buy low and sell high, but human nature gets in the way. Judging from the many blog comments that we receive there is not a chance in hell you will do WHAT I TELL YOU! I don't do what I tell you in many cases...HUMAN NATURE...Okay. we are more famous than you will ever realize and the media and wall street knows our formula...It's called "risk to reward ratio" by the way we no longer invest in the market because it's to damn … (4 comments)

stock market: Wake Up Dorothy - 02/03/08 12:20 PM
We have suffered a global financial meltdown caused by over 500 trillion dollars of OTC DERIVATIVES that were always worthless and now have been exposed. The problem is too large to rectify by lowering interst rates, passing out bucks or whatever. They say the only solution is to START THE GAME OVER AGAIN. Pretty much whatever you now own has or is on its way to become REALITY. Like when dorthy of oz lands back in kansas. Reality for stocks would probably be DISCOUNTED BOOK VALUE... … (3 comments)

stock market: Stocks And Bonds In Street Name - 07/26/07 02:38 PM
I have about 5 years experience as a stockbroker and have some idea as to the basics of brokerage operations. If you own stocks and bonds, you own only digits of ownership. You most likey do not have the stock and bond certificates placed in your account. These certificates are in street name and your stockbroker loans these certificates out to people who want to sell stock that they do not own with the expectation of making a profit in the fall in price. So what you have are brokerage statements, digits of ownership and a telephone or computer number for … (1 comments)
