Wailea in Wailuku Price adjustment Puuone Terrace 203 the BEST 1/bedroom unit in these older Puuone condominiums. Honestly beyond what I expected. 100 times better craftsmanship then I have seen in central condominiums. Dropped ceiling, inset lights, top of the line carpentry and tile setting, oak cabinets and doors, marble, granite, tile, decadent class; way over the top. This one is a bachelor pad on the side.
