One was the HOA at the Iao Parkside starting the foreclosure process.   Two was a Papakea condominium out in Kahana - Honokowai 3543 Lower Honoapiilani highway apartment A-306 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $236,250.00

if so then Rosa's taco chart is a must. I myself love Mexican food and being from SF I often miss the originality of authentic Mexican grindz. I eat here at least twice a week some times more, the owners and their ohana work hard everyday, the service is friendly and the area is clean.

as the bell tolls @ high noon we had 9 postponements and just one auction.
 
1051 Onaha street in Waiehu Terrace was foreclosed upon and the State of Hawaii bought it for $161,291 in this area the state has a buy back plan and many times if it is the original owner there is a buy back plan in the deed, this was one of those examples. There is a 30 day confirmation hearing that will confirm this, you can out bid the current bidder for five percent more.

28% is average on a Maui REO listing - 09/23/09 04:35 PM
Out of 50 single family homes, not condos sold this year (2009) 13 of those home buyers paid more then list price and 37 of those home buyers paid less then list price.
By my calculations out of these 50 homes there was a 28% price reduction at closing from the original listing price. Interesting enough we’ve read that the banks (REO) will take 40% less then foreclosure price, yet our Maui statistics show us that 28% is the average. On Tuesday there was one auction and it was Kauhale Makai condominiums better known as Village by the Sea on the south side of Maui central Kihei. Unit 106 was foreclosed today by the lein holder American savings for the sum of $200,000

Grandma Florence is in the Honolulu Examiner because of her age and her Twitter account - 09/10/09 02:00 PM
My Hanai Grand Mother Florence Hasegawa has been on twitter for about 2 months now, she's 101 years old, still lives alone and cooks for her self. She's very capable of taking care of her self. I spend Sundays with her and take advantage of that time to ask her questions, ask for advise and just savor the knowledge that a person of this age will have to share with us all. 
 
Grand Ma Florence has now made the Honolulu Examiner.

Harbor Lights condominium is an affordable building with a pool. The sales have been as low as $35K for a one bedroom and $44K for a two bedroom. This is a place that can cash flow for the right reasons. Now the HOA is $668 and some may argue that's high! The foreclosure was attended by three attorneys, two fee service providers, legal aid folks, one Broker and a host of local regulars, 20 plus people John from Na Hale O Maui wasn't there which was unusual, yet is employee was there. Then three properties were auction offed. There were over 35 postponements and two cancellations do to filing for bankruptcy!

Tonight is First Friday in old Wailuku on the island of Maui. Seems a bit more low keyed this time, maybe the deep pockets became shallow lol Sweet Spot is playing under the banyan tree I’ve seen them many times at Eha’s and Kahului Ale house. Today at Haopili Hale in Wailuku there was a small crowd of nicely dressed investors, two Attorneys, John and a few random on lookers. Doug announced 8 postponements. Then there was a low in the action as the investors searched for the auction attorney on the Diamond Resorts.
