Monday October 26th 2009 we had just one foreclosure and it was vacant land 5.58 acres was foreclosed upon by the lien holder for a whooping $1,690,500.00

Down at the Hoapili Hale in old Wailuku there was a regular crowd of three John, Laura and I There was just one foreclosure today.

I have been so busy that I have not posted any of the results of Friday's, Monday's and now today's foreclosure auctions so I will lump them all together right now. 
 
   
Friday October 9th 2009 there were five foreclosures:

Hoapili Hale on the courthouse steps.
I was one minute late today and thats all it took in that one minute 108 Pua Niu Way was foreclosed upon by the lien holder at 1.7 million doallrs. 
 
By pulling the tax records it looks like this product was around five acres that had been subdivided or put in to a residential condominium regime. Times are tough on folks and this one was taken back after 100's of thousands of dollars pored into it. Too Bad for those hard working folks, Next time around the new owner is going to make all the profits.

A hot and humid day at Hoapili Hale in Wailuku
The auction took place as the high noon church bells rang out.
Today we had three foreclosures happen two condos and one house
Hale Ono Loa unit 108 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder @ $142,164.38 Royal Kahana had a foreclosure @ $166,500 The Island a gated community in Wailuku had a foreclosure on 361 Kamalei Circle a bottom bid of $530,000 taken back by the mortgagee
