I don’t always have time these days to bring this information to our blog, if you looking for something particular then my cell phone will grant you a faster response. Between work, life, music and the darn shoe repair shop next door (“it’s like sniff’n Glue all day long”) my head is full these days.

Aloha I haven't posted in a long time, theres still plenty of foreclosures the data work has been overwhelming. There seems to be no rest in sight for the amount of foreclosures we are facing. I have recently been writing a lot of offers and showing my listings which means that prices have leveled to a point where buyers are active again, the sellers have now realized the price is everything and our listing clients are positioning them selfs to sell. 
 
Gallerie Ha Ha had the best Aloha Poetry Slam to date on Novembers First Friday in Wailuku.
