1) Today there was a time share foreclosure the lein holder took back @ $50K
2) 2495 South Kihei Road Apt 106 was foreclosed upon by the lien holder and a pubic participant bought it for $97,800.39 
 
Not bad a one bedroom ground floor unit 620 square foot, no view and Kihei Kai Nani is a flag lot so it sits back from the road. It's a condominium on Maui for under $100K and it's on the south side close to the beach.
