The following properties were foreclosed upon today at the courthouse in Wailuku by their respective lien holders. 
 

8 Kupalaiki Loop Kihei HI 96753 for the sum of $200,000.00 by bought by the public with a 30 to 90 day right of confirmation hearing to proceed. 
Two properties in Lahaina were also foreclosed upon one for the sum of $250,00.00 bought by the public the other for $75,000.00 bought by the public both of these were partition sales a forced foreclosure with multiple leins and encumbrances attached to the title.

June 21st 2013  American Owners have vacated 167,000 Foreclosure Homes since June 2013. They claim this is 20% of Foreclosure Homes. 650,000 homes have not been vacated.  1.4 million in foreclosure homes are on realty track. this situation is currently dragging down home values. listing these for sale could help stimulate the economy and clean up the neighborhoods.
