Harbor Lights condominium is an affordable building with a pool. The sales have been as low as $35K for a one bedroom and $44K for a two bedroom. This is a place that can cash flow for the right reasons. Now the HOA is $668 and some may argue that's high! Yet it is all inclusive; water, electric, garbage, cable, maintenance, pool, security and insurance. If you live on Maui already you know those amenities can run high, even if you live solo.
