Today: March 8th 2012, even during the poring rain there was a foreclosure auction. 3/08/2012 The first one was a 22000 SQFT lot in Makena which sold for the sum of $2.5 million dollars. There was no one there to bid except the bank. The second was was for the sum of $325,000.00 which is a decent price in Kahului. You can also win this auction for 5% more then the opening bid at the confirmation hearing in the courthouse. real estate: What a busy week for the Red List and Real Estate - 09/17/10 09:43 PM
Aloha Friday…. Getting caught up this week was especially busy, the phone is ringing all the time, there are so many questions being asked about the foreclosure market I’ve had to take 3 days off from this informational BLOG. I had two closing this week on in Haiku and one in Kihei. The files are thick and the amount of work put into the properties exceeds the time allotted for the Red List. Good news folks the Red List is picking up, there’s more interest from the professionals out there, and the people who are serious auction buyers. So if there

real estate: Grandma Florence is in the Honolulu Examiner because of her age and her Twitter account - 09/10/09 02:00 PM
My Hanai Grand Mother Florence Hasegawa has been on twitter for about 2 months now, she's 101 years old, still lives alone and cooks for her self. She's very capable of taking care of her self. I spend Sundays with her and take advantage of that time to ask her questions, ask for advise and just savor the knowledge that a person of this age will have to share with us all. Grand Ma Florence has now made the Honolulu Examiner. http://twitter.com/GrandmaFlorence @GrandmaFlorence on Twittwer So if your on twitter follow Grand Ma she is pure and

The ferry between Molokai and Maui is increasing its one-way fare to $68.40 the increase was due to the rising cost of fuel. The last fare increase was in 1995, and since then the price of diesel fuel has risen to $4.40 from $1 a gallon. spokesman at the sea link have been quoted saying "We can't take the losses any longer," "If the tariff doesn't pass, we shut down."

After pain staking hours days, weeks and years, writing, mixing editing and composing. This Maui Magic Due has released their life blood and hard work efforts. I had the blessing to watch, feel and listen to the new music at a release party at Be Happy http://www.behappypaia.com/ (a new local music and art store) in Paia, run by none other then our own lovely Lisa Alo. Dorthy and Les are unique to me, a soul mate team that smile

real estate: Wailuku remains a great Place to Buy! - 08/08/08 02:38 PM
The first half of 2008 in Maui saw fewer real estate transactions compared to the first half of last year, with 25.9% less single-family homes and 17.8% fewer condominiums being sold. Home prices experienced a drop of about 8.9% to $590,000 from $647,000 last year. Overall condominium prices for the rest of the island remain stable with a slight 0.9% increase. For single-family homes the majority of sales in the first half of 2008 occured in Wailuku, followed by Kihei and Kahului.

My heart goes out to each and everyone of us, as we struggle in these trying times. The information provided on this blog is courteous & only meant to inform you, your families, friends. Many of us have found ourself ousted with no where to turn to. In these turbulent times I'm often reminded to remain humble & pure, because any of us could be on the receiving end of a foreclosure, there are 100's maybe 1000's of attributes that bring us to a loss of homes. I'm here to help and inform, "please call me" and I promise to help you to the best of my ability. Owners, Industry folks, Renters, anyone who is affected by foreclosures, because in the long run we are all are in this together. Aloha Jeffery
