Harbor Lights condominium is an affordable building with a pool. The sales have been as low as $35K for a one bedroom and $44K for a two bedroom. This is a place that can cash flow for the right reasons. Now the HOA is $668 and some may argue that's high! Yet it is all inclusive; water, electric, garbage, cable, maintenance, pool, security and insurance. If you live on Maui already you know those amenities can run high, even if you live solo. So for the most part the HOA is right on and in this market many HOA have watched

Fair Warning Wednesday foreclosure auction at the court house steps Wailuku Maui Up at Haopili Hale we saw an average crowd today, no public bidders, a Realtor Broker, 3 attorneys, John of (Na Hale O Maui), and myself. Several HOA foreclosure proceedings happened today Maalea Kai, Walaka,. The Hale Ono Loa unit #212 was foreclosed upon leaving the bidding stage at the sum of one dollar, that's right the HOA foreclosed for a buck, seems like a good way to get the lender / lien holder to take action on the foreclosure proceedings we will see when the court
