I spend a lot of time traveling on I95 thought I would just share a thought with you.  Why not lighten up a little in your promotions like Pedro which helped build a very successful business in Dillon, SC called South of the Border?  Show your personality a little and let people know that you are a "fun" realtor in some of your print ads and mailings and see what happens.  Since potential buyers and sellers are going to have to spend a lot of time with a realtor, they might as well work with someone that they are going to enjoy … (0 comments)

The next time you meet with a prospect either in person or on the phone, try to learn more about what their main issues are so you can quickly start looking at the best properties for them.  You can do this by asking your clients to brainstorm with you to determine their wish list of what they want in their next house AND the things that they absolutely cannot live with or could live without. 
By getting these things out in the open, in addition to their price range, number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. you are going to save valuable time … (0 comments)
