Click here to write your congressman to save the DPA program.  I wrote to all the congressmen in my territory by changing the zipcodes I work in.  They do all the work for you.  Just pick the talking points they wrote or write your own.  I did some of both. The new housing rescue's first-time buyer's $7500 tax credit is what we all need to be selling as hard as we can right now.  This feature is essentally a 15 year interest free loan, because it has to be paid back in 15 years, starting in year 2 , but it is the shot in the arm we all needed to break this housing recession.
