Today I would like to report on some statistics about Crescent City California real estate, especially the Active Listings.  Taken from the Crescent City MLS and Crescent City Board of Realtors, we currently have 299 active single family homes for sale on the market. Of those 299 homes, the average number of days on the market is 163 days.

Waking up this morning, I had to hurry up to South Beach in Crescent City California because I was volunteering for the Annual Noll Classic Surf Competition.  I love the beach, I love the ocean, and the natural mountains in the background and the fresh air that our trees in and around Crescent City have to offer.   Yesturday was a fairly sunny day in Crescent City, with warm weather during the day time and cool temperatures in the evening.
