Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share with you the things that make NewKey so revolutionary. I hope this message is not misunderstood. I am not here to bump heads on determining which company is better. Just wonder what it is that made such a successful RMD from your company switch over.

Hi my name is Dan Harris, former RMD for WLG, and I am here to share with you the reasons that made me choose NewKey Home Lending over WLG. I would like readers to know that it took me 6 months to make the transition but once I did it was the best decision I ever made.

When I began working with WLG I was fairly new to the mortgage industry and required a lot of training. I soon realized that the support WLG had to offer its trainees was not all there. As a result I struggled day in and out to stay in the industry and originate business. However, I was fully committed to stay and make it work. After a couple of years, for the first quarter of the year I was awarded top producer. For this quarter I was able to close over 130K in gross commissions. After receiving my commission check for about 30K I discovered that not only were my pockets not being compensated at the expected rate, but that my efforts were compensated at an even lower one. The day I received my trophy there was no doubt where the rest of the money was going; behind me there was a projection of the newly constructed Humphrey Estate. Needless to say it was a disappointing experience.

When I was introduced to the NewKey Home Lending opportunity I was very skeptical. I could not see how it is that a company would pay their agents 100% commission and on top of that pay them passive income. I soon realized the key differences however. The first thing I noticed about NewKey is that it is a level playing field. There are no overrides and there is nobody taking away part of your commissions. When you start your loan commissions rival that of the best producers in the industry. Making it easier for anyone to quickly multiply their success. Great things happen all at once. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I made more money working with NewKey in a few months than I did at WLG working for two years.

Are You Still Working For Money?

Network Marketing; It's an Asset, Not a Job

I am sometimes asked, "Why do so few people make it to the top of their network marketing system?"

The truth is, the top of the network marketing system is open to everyone, unlike traditional corporate systems, which allow only one person to reach the top of the company. The reason most people do not reach the top is simply because they quit too soon. So why would someone quit short of the top?

Most people join only to make money. If they don't make money in the first few months or years, they become discouraged and quit (and then often bad-mouth the industry!). Others quit and go looking for a company with a better compensation plan. But joining to make a few quick dollars is not the reason to get into the business. And it’s for the latter reason why people will fail.

The Two Essential Reasons to Join a Network Marketing Business:

* Reason number one is to help yourself.

* Reason number two is to help others.

If you join for only one of these two reasons, then the system will not work for you.

Reason number one, means that you come to the business primarily to change quadrants: to change from the E (Employee) or the S (Self-employed) quadrant to the B (Business owner) or I (Investor) quadrant.

This change is normally very difficult for most people, because of money. The true E or S quadrant person will not work unless it is for money. This is also what causes people to not reach the top of the network marketing system: they want money more than they want to change quadrants.

A B quadrant or I quadrant person will also work for money, but in a different way. The B quadrant person works to build or create an asset; in this case, a business system. The I quadrant person invests in the asset or the system.

The beauty of most network marketing systems is that you do not really make much money unless you help others leave the E and S quadrants and succeed in the B and I quadrants. If you focus on helping others make this shift, then you will be successful in the business.

As a B or an I, sometimes you don't get paid for years; this, a true E quadrant or S quadrant person will not do. It's not part of their core values. Risk and delayed gratification disturb them emotionally. Delayed Gratification and Emotional IntelligenceOne of the beauties of network marketing is that it focuses on developing your emotional Intelligence as well as your business skills.

Emotional Intelligence is an entirely different matter from academic Intelligence. In general, someone with high emotional Intelligence will often do better than someone with high academic Intelligence but low emotional intelligence. That explains, in part, why some people do well in school but not so well in the real world.

The ability to delay gratification is a sign of higher emotional Intelligence. In a recent intensive study of emotional Intelligence, it was found that people who could delay gratification often led more successful lives than those who could not.

This is why the educational system inherent in a good network marketing opportunity is so important.

It's the emotional education or emotional Intelligence aspect of their programs that I find so valuable for people.

Many people write me and tell. me they loved my book, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, but I fear that many of them don't get the most important point of the book: Lesson #1, "The rich don't work for money."

Once I have built or bought an asset, that asset works hard to make money for me. But I will not work for money; I will work only to build or buy assets. Those assets make me richer and richer, while I work less and less. That is what the rich do. The poor and middle class work hard for money, and then buy liabilities instead of investing in assets.

What Kind of Asset is a Network Marketing Business?

Remember, there are two reasons required to be successful in network marketing: to help yourself, and to help others. Reason number one means helping yourself get to the B side of the quadrant. What about reason number two....

The beauty of most network marketing systems is that you don't really make much money unless you help others leave the E and S quadrants and succeed in the B and I quadrants. If you focus on helping others make this shift, then you will be successful in the businessIf you only want to teach yourself to be a B quadrant and I quadrant person, then a true network marketing system won't work for you. You may as well go to a traditional business school, which focuses only on your becoming a B quadrant person.

The beauty of a network marketing business is that your goal is to create assets, which are other B's working under you, and their job is to create other B's working under them. In traditional business, the focus is for the B to have only E's and S's working for them.

The type of business I was taught to build is a business with me at the top and E's and S's at the base. I really don't have room at the top for many other B's, which is why in my businesses, I strongly recommend that all my employees look into network marketing as their own part-time businesses.

The traditional corporate system really is a pyramid, because there are a few B's and I's near the top, and more E's and S's at the base.

A network marketing system is a reverse pyramid: its primary focus is to bring up more and more B's to the top.

A network marketing business gives everyone access to what used to be the domain only of the rich.

Difference between World Leadership Group & New Key Home Lending...

Everyday people are making the switch from World Leadership Group, also know as Global Equity Lending or Global Realty Marketing. My intention here is not to degrade WLG, but to speak of the major differences between NewKey Home Lending and WLG.

This is why WLG agents switch over to NewKey Home Lending.

When you join WLG, even if you are experienced, you can only start at a 63% commission split. Most people start at 30% and THEN split your first 3 loans with a trainer. On top of that, I am not even going to mention was is taken for your loan coordinator that you are required to use and for your taxes.

At NewKey Home Lending, you are paid 80% from day 1. Also, you are a 1099 employee (if you are licensed), therefore you are paid on a full 80%. You are self employed, therefore you control your taxes and write offs. There is no rule about splitting your loans with a field builder.

Now, can you imagine the success you would have if you started out at an 80% commission split? AND, if everyone you recruit starts out at 80% commission splits! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.... after $10,000 is made to the company profit sharing pool, you will get paid 100% commissions! I was having a lot of trouble recruiting at WLG because most of my friends and anyone I knew that could actually produce loans were already getting too high of a split to take a commission cut and join WLG. (Also, I did not believe in recruiting "average Joe" off the street to join a mortgage company when I knew they probably wouldn't really produce the numbers that the brochure outlined.) But now, people are coming to me asking to join because we pay up to 100%, and that is JUST ON PERSONAL PRODUCTION.

The real beauty of NewKey Home Lending (like WLG) is the residual/ passive income that you will make. Just like WLG, you are paid from the efforts of your team, EVEN THOUGH they are joining at the same commission level you are! And the residuals are paid infinitely on your down line. Average royalty checks in California are about $250 per closed loan. Now this might not sound like much, but realize that most people have a team made up of actual producers. Unlike WLG, the commission splits are high enough that your team will consist of people who actually close loans. You can have a hundred friends, family members, and next door neighbors on your team at WLG, but if no one is producing loans, then you don’t get paid on residuals.

You see, at NewKey Home Lending, we pay high commission splits, therefore, everyone is producing loans and making fat commission checks! So even if you have just 5 people on your first line, and they get only 4 people each and then they only get 3 people each, THAT’S $15,000 A MONTH in passive income. How hard would it be to find 5 people who are currently producing loans, to come join a company that pays up to 100% commissions PLUS ROYALITIES on their team?!?!?! Most people at WLG probably have at least 5 people that you helped join that would love this opportunity right now.

Even if you do not want to recruit, you can make a lot of money from our high paying commission structure. 100% commissions is hard to beat. Recruiting is not for everyone; at first, heck I was even skeptical. Then if you chose, you can learn how to make unlimited passive income.
