I would like readers to know  that it took me 6 months to make the transition but once I did it was the best  decision I ever made.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;When I  began working with WLG I was fairly new to the mortgage industry and required a  lot of training. I soon realized that the support WLG had to offer its trainees  was not all there. As a result I struggled day in and out to stay in the  industry and originate business. However, I was fully committed to stay and make  it work. After a couple of years, for the first quarter of the year I was  awarded top producer. For this quarter I was able to close over 130K in gross  commissions. After receiving my commission check for about 30K I discovered that  not only were my pockets not being compensated at the expected rate, but that my  efforts were compensated at an even lower one. The day I received my trophy  there was no doubt where the rest of the money was going; behind me there was a  projection of the newly constructed Humphrey Estate. Needless to say it was a  disappointing experience.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When I was introduced to the NewKey Home  Lending opportunity I was very skeptical. I could not see how it is that a  company would pay their agents 100% commission and on top of that pay them  passive income. I soon realized the key differences however. The first thing I  noticed about NewKey is that it is a level playing field. There are no overrides  and there is nobody taking away part of your commissions. When you start your  loan commissions rival that of the best producers in the industry. Making it  easier for anyone to quickly multiply their success.       <title>Choose to make a mental Shift</title>
      <description>  &lt;div class="Section1"&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Most people fail to see how powerful Networks, franchises, and 21&lt;sup&gt;st&lt;/sup&gt; century distribution centers of goods and products are today. The broker mentality is over. They are closing their doors or getting shutdown. The market is finding a balance. So why would someone quit short of the top? &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Most people join only to make money. If they don&amp;#39;t make money in the first few months or years, they become discouraged and quit (and then often bad-mouth the industry!). Others quit and go looking for a company with a better compensation plan. But joining to make a few quick dollars is not the reason to get into the business. And it&amp;rsquo;s for the latter reason why people will fail.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Two Essential Reasons to Join a Network Marketing Business:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* Reason number one is to help yourself. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* Reason number two is to help others. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you join for only one of these two reasons, then the system will not work for you.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reason number one, means that you come to the business primarily to change quadrants: to change from the E (Employee) or the S (Self-employed) quadrant to the B (Business owner) or I (Investor) quadrant.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://bp2.blogger.com/_xX691AawpTQ/Rfcp6mLH1eI/AAAAAAAAABk/iW8OWDqtxDc/s1600-h/cashflowquadrant.jpg"&gt;&lt;img src="http://bp2.blogger.com/_xX691AawpTQ/Rfcp6mLH1eI/AAAAAAAAABk/iW8OWDqtxDc/s400/cashflowquadrant.jpg" border="0" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5041544394520909282" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This change is normally very difficult for most people, because of money. The true E or S quadrant person will not work unless it is for money. This is also what causes people to not reach the top of the network marketing system: they want money more than they want to change quadrants.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A B quadrant or I quadrant person will also work for money, but in a different way. The B quadrant person works to build or create an asset; in this case, a business system. The I quadrant person invests in the asset or the system. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The beauty of most network marketing systems is that you do not really make much money unless you help others leave the E and S quadrants and succeed in the B and I quadrants. If you focus on helping others make this shift, then you will be successful in the business.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;As a B or an I, sometimes you don&amp;#39;t get paid for years; this, a true E quadrant or S quadrant person will not do. It&amp;#39;s not part of their core values. Risk and delayed gratification disturb them emotionally. Delayed Gratification and Emotional IntelligenceOne of the beauties of network marketing is that it focuses on developing your emotional Intelligence as well as your business skills.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Emotional Intelligence is an entirely different matter from academic Intelligence. In general, someone with high emotional Intelligence will often do better than someone with high academic Intelligence but low emotional intelligence. That explains, in part, why some people do well in school but not so well in the real world.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The ability to delay gratification is a sign of higher emotional Intelligence.       <title>Difference between World Leadership Group &amp; New Key Home Lending...</title>

My intention here is not to degrade WLG, but to speak of the major differences between NewKey Home Lending and WLG.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.newkeyweallth.com" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;This is why WLG agents switch over to NewKey Home Lending.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When you join WLG, even if you are experienced, you can only start at a 63% commission split. Most people start at 30% and THEN split your first 3 loans with a trainer. On top of that, I am not even going to mention was is taken for your loan coordinator that you are required to use and for your taxes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At NewKey Home Lending, you are paid 80% from day 1. Also, you are a 1099 employee (if you are licensed), therefore you are paid on a full 80%. You are self employed, therefore you control your taxes and write offs. There is no rule about splitting your loans with a field builder.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now, can you imagine the success you would have if you started out at an 80% commission split? AND, if everyone you recruit starts out at 80% commission splits! BUT WAIT, THERE&amp;#39;S MORE.... after $10,000 is made to the company profit sharing pool, you will get paid 100% commissions! I was having a lot of trouble recruiting at WLG because most of my friends and anyone I knew that could actually produce loans were already getting too high of a split to take a commission cut and join WLG. (Also, I did not believe in recruiting &amp;quot;average Joe&amp;quot; off the street to join a mortgage company when I knew they probably wouldn&amp;#39;t really produce the numbers that the brochure outlined.) But now, people are coming to me asking to join because we pay up to 100%, and that is JUST ON PERSONAL PRODUCTION.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The real beauty of NewKey Home Lending (like WLG) is the residual/ passive income that you will make. Just like WLG, you are paid from the efforts of your team, EVEN THOUGH they are joining at the same commission level you are! And the residuals are paid infinitely on your down line. Average royalty checks in California are about $250 per closed loan. Now this might not sound like much, but realize that most people have a team made up of actual producers. Unlike WLG, the commission splits are high enough that your team will consist of people who actually close loans. You can have a hundred friends, family members, and next door neighbors on your team at WLG, but if no one is producing loans, then you don&amp;rsquo;t get paid on residuals. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;You see, at NewKey Home Lending, we pay high commission splits, therefore, everyone is producing loans and making fat commission checks! So even if you have just 5 people on your first line, and they get only 4 people each and then they only get 3 people each, THAT&amp;rsquo;S $15,000 A MONTH in passive income. How hard would it be to find 5 people who are currently producing loans, to come join a company that pays up to 100% commissions PLUS ROYALITIES on their team?!?!?!
