Executive Committee Message Sales of Single-Family Homes Climbed 15.3 Percent in First Quarter Sales of single-family homes climbed 15.3 percent in this year’s first quarter. There were 1,716 homes sold in Salt Lake County from Jan. 1 through March 31 compared to 1,489 home sales in the same three-month period a year earlier.

In a nut shell in the last month in Salt Lake City real estate, the following is the business my partner Kim Boekholder and I have picked up. It did take diligent, hard work, and consistency but the phone is ringing for Salt Lake City real estate! The business is there!!
1. We have picked up several commercial listing and will add another one to our list on Thursday.
2. We have a cash investor interested on 2 of our commercial properties.

Another Speechless Sunday.....
Fall this year has lasted longer than usual, I think we have had what we call an Indian summer. The weather has been amazing, chilly nights but warm sunny beautiful days, not even a sweater.
I could take a few more of these so I can keep door knocking and get out with the folk. The colors don't seem to be fading either.

It started snowing yesterday and this morning I woke up to a Valley of white. It's beautiful in Utah when it snows. I am grateful to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle living on the Bench of the Mountains of Salt Lake City.
