$8000 Tax Credit - 05/25/09 08:42 PM
If you're a first time buyer, now is the time to buy.  The government is giving first time buyers a great tax incentive to buy - an $8,000 tax credit.  Up until a couple of weeks ago, you could use the tax credit for your downpayment, but that has gone away.  As soon as you settle on your purchase, you can apply to receive the credit ... you don't have to wait to get these funds.

What is the market doing? - 05/25/09 08:39 PM
Have we seen the bottom of the market?  Are there more foreclosures on the horizon?  It seems that banks are holding onto their inventory and I'm hearing conflicting reports on what the banks are going to do with these REO properties.  Reports that we'll be slammed with foreclosures this summer ... and reports that the banks will trickle these properties into the market. 
If you're a buyer waiting for the bottom of the market ... don't wait!  If you wait any longer, you'll miss out on great deals that are out there.
