This is an excellent blog posting I found on Veterans United ... all too often I see horrible photos in the MLS - better to have no photos than bad photos!!
Enhance your listings strong uits and minimize its weaknesses!

I have found taking the photos of the front of your house at a slight angle shows better than a straight on shot.
If the house is a mess - and you can't get the owners to clean it up ... don't upload photos of the mess.  This will keep prospective buyers away.  Mention in the listing under Agent Remarks … (2 comments)
