Some of you may have read a entry on my blog in which I mentioned photographing some exceptional staging work by Sandra Wright with www.wrightchoiceinteriors.com. I have since had the opportunity to work with agent/clients who have engaged Sandra's services for several different listing projects, including a simple consultation with the seller to complete staging services throughout the property. What I admire about Sandra is her firm grasp on staging a house for mass buyer appeal, versus simply redecorating. Sandra knows how to enhance a home's greatest assets and mitigate its weaknesses, and her creativity (even custom designing window treatments and architectural elements) is nothing short of amazing.

Another attribute of note is Sandra's excellent communication skills. She is professional and courteous, able to confidently explain to a seller what needs to be done and she does so with great tact. That's a huge bonus for any listing agent. It takes the agent out of the "hot seat" and addresses items that could impede a sale, and the message is delivered by someone you can trust to be professional and tactful with your client. Sandra actually positions herself as another member of your professional network - enhancing your services, as well as your listing.
