Did you see the two presidential candidates being interviewed by Pastor Rick Warren at Saddleback church? It's being run again on cable TV right now. I missed it when it originally aired. It certainly is fascinating to watch. Both candidates have one-on-one time with Pastor Rick and they'll be asked the same questions. This forum, and this format with Pastor Rick Warren is surprisingly comfortable to watch. We decided to be tourists in the region this past weekend. We went from Greenville, SC up to Tryon and slept there at our relative's home. We got up Sunday morning and got an early start with the kids and then drove to Asheville, NC to explore and be tourists. Wow, what an interesting and beautiful city! The downtown area reminded us of parts of San Francisco, CA. I've noticed a few of my colleagues sharing pictures of their pets recently. I couldn't help but join in on the fun! These are a couple pictures of our loving family member, Freddy. He's a mutt! To the best of our knowledge, he's got a lot of Rhodesian Ridgeback in him. The kids gave him an Indian name, "dog that walks in snow" because he has some white fur on a few of his toes. His other nickname is "prancer" as he can trot around the yard like some show off, as if he thinks judges are scoring him. … (2 comments)

Our revenue generated from traditional real estate sales is predominantly derived from the Kirk Westervelt Team at Keller Williams Realty in Greenville, SC.
We reinvest capital derived from traditional residential real estate sales into various residential real estate investment projects. These projects vary between rehab and flip, and other properties that may be better suited for longer term holdings.
