One of my favorite agents took a call today from our receptionist.  He took the call as he was driving into the office.  It was a prospective buyer who wanted to see condos "right now".  Note that it was approaching the noon hour. He called his future client who told him exactly what she wanted but wouldn't give him her phone number.  She was firm about calling him back. He hurried into the office and looked up the information.  Waited for her to call back.  She called back and he told her the condos were available.  She wanted him to pick her up at her apartment.
