Yes it happened, another California earthquake today! This time was a real shaker, no doubt it really got our attention. I was sitting in my real estate office with my friend Carol who also works in the office. We were sitting at the front desk when we felt a huge jolt, then shaking then rolling. La Habra Heights, CA 90631 is one of those eclectic areas of So Cal, so unlike so much of our cookie cutter living elsewhere in tract homes.  The "Heights" as it's known to most locals is not to be confused with the neighboring city right next door of La Habra, CA.

Celebrating in the Southland ~ July 4th in Orange County, CA - 07/05/08 11:58 PM
It was a sunny warm day, and great day to celebrate America's 232ndbirthday in SoCal.
My day began early at our BreaCounty Fair on Brea Blvd. It's held annually at our City Hall Park, I've written on this special place previously. The country fair is typical of other home town celebrations complete with entertainment, games, food booths and swimming in Brea's famous plunge.  The antique car collection seems fitting with the ears of this great place.

The City of La Mirada located  in suburban Eastern Los Angeles County, with nearby Orange County bordering on the east side of the city. If you lived in La Mirada you would be one of approximately 50,000 residents.
Single family activity for  June: Home were priced from $300,000 to $1,250,000.
