La Mirada, CA is one of those cities in So Cal I love working in for so many reasons. The location is just one, La Mirada is very well located in the suburbs of in Eastern Los Angeles County. Orange County is nearby just to the east. The city is lined with tree-lined strees, you can find olive trees everywhere. If you lived in La Mirada you would be one of about 50,000 folks living here. 61 re-sale homes were for sale, up slightly from past 4 months, specifically compared to 53/50/59/56/67/81/65/94/ respectively for the past few months. 20 pending sales & back-ups, down from 21/28/42/33/20/23/18/15/24/20/16 in prior months. 29 homes closed in Nov. as compared to 33 (last month was the hight for 2009)23/20/22/15/24/29/12/13/20/11/28/30 respectively in the prior 12 months. Average selling price for Nov. was $507,000 down slightly from the last months, average sale price was $507,350 for 1,850 square feet. with an average days on the market of 47. Brea, CA is a community in Orange County that's known for many things including our displays of public art.It's one of those things that I appreciate daily.
