Selling your California home? Whether in CA or anywhere, it's important that you have an understanding of your contract, and the REALTOR you hire should know it inside and out.
As an experienced broker when I'm working with home sellers it normal for most to first consider the price and the length of an escrow, I'd do the same time myself. Yet with the challenges of today's market, it's crucial that home sellers have a clear understanding of other aspects of the purchase agreement/purchase contract. Time frames for contingencies, inspections, costs, etc. etc.
