La Habra homes for sale include a large number of distressed sales, both bank reposessed homes (aka REO'S) and short sales.
By far the number of short sales available for sale in La Habra far exceeds the numbers of standard sales and bank repos.
In the City of La Habra, in Orange Co. CA as of today 11/1/11 there are 200 ACTIVE listings in our local SoCal Multiple Listing Service, meaning 200 properties for sale including single family homes and condos.
Of those properties curently for sale:

La Habra CA is located in northern Orange County. La Habra's neighbors to the west are Whittier, and La Mirada to the south, both of these cities are in L. A. County. La Habra like other So Cal cities has experienced a share of bank repos. Yet unlike other areas the number is relatively low in the big scheme of things.
Consider this as of February 2010:

La Habra foreclosure sales and bank repos in Orange County, CA. Condo prices hit hardest in the city. Numbers are almost idential for the past two months.
La Habra like other communities in SoCal has it's share of home foreclosures. Compared to some of the other surrounding communities it appears the number of foreclosures sales combined with short-sales is somewhat higher than surrounding communities.
La Habra currently has about 175 single family homes for sale, the inventory is up about 20%  from the prior month.
Of that number there are 21 bank repos currently for sale now that represents just over 12% of the inventory, exacty the same as last … (5 comments)

La Habra like other communities in Southern CA has it's share of home foreclosures. Compared to some of the other surrounding communities it appears the number of foreclosures sales combined with short-sales is somewhat higher than surrounding communities.
La Habra currently has about 135 single family homes for sale, the inventory is up about 9%  from the prior month.

Compared to some of the other surrounding communities it appears the number of foreclosures sales combined with short-sales is somewhat higher than surrounding communities.
La Habra currently has about 122 single family homes for sale, the inventory is down about 10%  from the prior month. Of that number there are 12 bank repos currently for sale now that represents only about 10% of the inventory.
