La Mirada, CA is one of those cities in Southern California that I continue to love to work for so many reasons. The location is just one, La Mirada is very well located in the suburbs of in Eastern Los Angeles County. Orange County is nearby just to the east. The city is lined with tree-lined strees, you can find olive trees everywhere.
It's not surprising to most that sales were up, days on the market were fewer, yet prices declined year-end over end.
