preferred home brokers on so cal real estate: The "Weather Dividend" & It's Impact on Home Prices in Your Neck of the Woods? - 01/09/12 05:58 PM

The beauty and magic of the pride of Pasadena...of course the Tournament of Roses aka the Rose Parade a little over a week ago may (or may not at times) have much of an impact on home prices in Southern CA.
However with years like this one on January 2nd, 2012 and 85 degree temps + warm temps since then, makes me think of the impact it could have of our local real estate.
The “weather” dividend as it’s also known has come and in someways gone (imho) over the years along with the inflated home prices for our (mostly) postage stamp … (13 comments)
