Active seniors today are looking for great places to call home while maintaining an active lifestyle.
Being an active senior (anyone over the age of 55) no longer means a rocking chair in a retirement home. Today's active senior is more likley to look for a great place to live without out all the upkeep of traditional home ownership.

As a REALTOR  when it comes to moving, I'm  often asked, "What can I do for the least amount of  money that will help my home sell?" 
My answer...START PACKING!                          
That's it!  Sounds simple doesn't it? You're going to move your things anyway, right?  And as a senior usually, the longer you've been in your home, the more you've seemed to accumulate. It's happens to most of us, especially as seniors when you're in the family home, the homestead.
