You're going to move your things anyway, right? And as a senior usually, the longer you've been in your home, the more you've seemed to accumulate. Like most professions with credentials, designations, etc. the real estate professional has a long list of "certified, accredited and graduate" credentials. If you find this confusing, imagine how mind-boggling it can be for member of the public. First things first, we often refer to each other as agents. While that's true, many of us are also Realtors. Generally speaking if you're an agent, you are licensed by your individual state. Realtors are agents, yet not allagents are Realtors.The term Realtor® is a nationally registered trademark and always capitalized when used.
