Active, residential real estate prices in Spruce Grove had an average listing price of $373434.
Currently the most expensive listing in the area is $903000, while the lowest priced property can be purchased for only $181900.
An excellent way to compare real estate prices is by using price per square foot of living space. Spruce Grove has a current average price of $260 per square foot. This is for homes that are averaging 3.3 beds, 2.4 bathrooms and 1470 sqft

Having working my butt off over the past several months my wife and I booked a much needed holdiay to Las Vegas. 
We get so caught up with life, kids, work, etc. sometimes we forget one of the main reasons we do it, and that's to be able to interesting things and enjoy ourselves.  Even though Las Vegas isn't the greatest place to relax it makes me think, do we need a regular getaway place?

I write this message not in the order of what has chronologically happened in my life out of respect!
The people of Japan are currently going through what no one should ever go through in their lifetime.  The earthquake and tsunami came so fast and furious that thousands of people never had a chance. 
Watching the events unfold on TV gives us all a taste of what the Japanese are feeling, looking at their faces you can see helplessness, sorrow, shock and pure bewilderment.  I’m sure a common question they are asking themselves is why us?  How can we continue?  … (2 comments)
