hermosa beach: LuxuryHome.com and Realtor.com/worldwide - 09/05/10 08:34 AM
Luxuryhomes.com and Realtor.com/worldwide are tools that may help me sell a wonderful LUXURY home. Have you had any experiences with searching on worldwide sites? The details in this home are appreciated by people who love the clean lines. Some say this is just like Greece. Others say this is like West Palm Beach or Miami. It has an amazing style all its own, and a mystery that holds a stately view over the Pacific Ocean. This home has been lovingly cared for by all its owners. It began in 1936. I know some of its stories from owners from the 60's

hermosa beach: Hermosa Beach is a one of a kind city - 08/17/10 01:26 AM
One of a kind Hermosa Beach is unique and truly one of a kind. It is the smallest of the south bay beaches. Its been home to surfers, athletes, party town, hippies and famous for that. However, its less known the major part of the city is full of generations of families that kept the beach home. Teachers, Screenwriters, Internet gurus, Realtors, Cooks, Retired, Beauty advisors, all surround my home. We have had times when our skies were overcast this summer but after a hot day in LA its nice to come home to. Upside: Many homes have no AC and

hermosa beach: Luxury Home websites! Do you suggest a favorite? - 08/16/10 09:56 AM
Where do you find the best action? Realtor.com/inernational was suggested to me recently. What has been your experience with them? We are in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. In other areas of the world South Bay is a word that is NOT on the radar as a place with great beaches South of LAX. El Segundo, Manhattan Beach,Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes hug the ocean and have such a variety of beaches to envy any city. Life Guard stands dot the sand and surfers, wakeboards, Paddleboards, kite surfers line the waves. Ocean View homes and easy walk to

hermosa beach: RIS Media ....... Let Housing lead the way ITS THE ONLY WAY - 09/26/09 08:55 AM
Seldom does an article offer real hard concrete advise. Seldom is it original. If I ever recommended one to read this is it. This is the pearl inside the shell for recovery. Read this and share it, if you feel its as great as I think it is. How do we get this to be what people talk about instead of doom gloom doom.. http://rismedia.com/2009-09-21/jumpstarting-job-creation-let-housing-lead-the-way/ Back when...all this started. The sales just...stopped. It took time for people and the press to start to comment. Realtors were like sailboats on an ocean without wind. We just suddenly sat there. Some of

hermosa beach: FORCLOSED DOG "CHANCE" and HERMOSA BEACH ANIMAL HOSPITAL - 10/25/08 08:05 AM
FORCLOSED DOGS! Did you realize it? I was in the Hermosa Beach Animal Hospital and met 'CHANCE" a black standard poodle. His new owner family spoke to me about all the animals in Arizona that have been left in forclosed homes. The pound has more than they know what to do. Are you serious? I asked. She told me Chance is named that as in last chance. There are so many homes forclosed that the bank is not going to the home the REO Bank realtor is not going there. I hear your shock. The bank and Realtors are not

hermosa beach: vacation rental hermosa Beach - 07/24/08 06:36 AM
We started doing vacations in Hawaii years ago and found that a home is best for a family. We had kids who needed cereal and tv to wake up to while we slept in a little longer, Going out for every meal was a drag. The stuff was there to relax and go out or stay in. Boogie boards and straw mats...all the stuff no hotel provided for us before. So as big fans of the system we are preparing the home for the event...a family to come visit we will add interior photos this week. For now know that 4

hermosa beach: Robert Pope-Hermosa Beach located Century city Interior Design - 07/14/08 02:19 PM
Looking up Designer I see web design and stagers and floral design. The rare Interior Designer is a designation that is somewhat unfamiliar to the everyday citizen. The Interior Designer is a person trained to create the interior architecture of a property. In Century City the Interior Design company of Pope and Associates Interior Space Planning and Design Inc. is well known for the improvement of many offices since 1986. Usually in 5 years there is a change that will require the companies services. A local Rotarian and past President, Robert Pope served in the Century City area. So this is

Top news for Redondo Beach School kids, parents, and Real Estate, it is ahead of all the other South Bay Schools for having the most 10/10 schools. Jefferson, Madison, and Beryl Heights elementary. Let it be said for Manhattan Beach that they scored 966 out of one thousand points. All said it means a gread deal for the entire South Bay. Torrance has a section called Hollywood Riveria which along with Hermosa, and Palos Verdes schools continue to make our Real Estate prices kept high in reach. Families just want to know they are getting the best for the home purchase in

Where do people find Hermosa Beach when they only know Los Angeles? Some publications, Conde Nast, says Hermosa Beach is one of the top beaches in the world. So many of us who live in the area close to the beach are seeing a new opportunity. Vacation rental. here is the link. http://teamatthebeach.com/2008/06/07/hermosa-beach-vacation-rental-new-avail-summer/ So anyone ever heard of "VRBO" vacation rental by owner. hermosa beach: MUSIC and Real Estate - 11/24/07 07:13 AM
Real estate open houses everywhere are more fun with music playing. Sure sometimes there is cookie and cider spice aroma. A fireplace burning is another sweet reminder of home sweet home. But music is my number one favorite thing to have playing in Hermosa Beach listings. Can you imagine a FILM without music? Take a tip from the best inventors of feelings out in the world "Movies" and it is with music that the images bring us together with emotion. I want the music to full my day everywhere I go anyway. We walked from Redondo Beach to Hermosa Beach today. The last two weekends we have

hermosa beach: U tube for real estate? & Cameras - 10/28/07 07:26 AM
U tube for real estate? Why not? pictures have been selling houses for so long that our MLS fines agents that do not get a photo up in a short time. Our office has all kinds of support for agents on photos. so here it is our home made version the Hermosa Beach real estate condo. Ok I know I could use some lighting tips. I am open to your suggestions. I know only one so far, don't shoot right out to the light or the room will be black. I learned on active rain that I should buy a decent camera with a

hermosa beach: California Fire Storm Six degrees of closeness - 10/24/07 10:22 AM
We are surrounded in fires and we are safe. Everyone I know living here is affected by this right now. Palos Verdes is safe. Redondo Beach where I live is safe and is where people are coming to be with family. This is a 5 billion dollar disaster for California. Six degrees of closeness. We are a close community. Whenever the earthquakes hit we check our neighbors right away. People out there need to know...California is full of America. Full of people who came here to live from somewhere else. I am from Kentucky, Texas, and Florida. I am not sure what order
