Where do you find the best action? Realtor.com/inernational was suggested to me recently. What has been your experience with them? We are in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. In other areas of the world South Bay is a word that is NOT on the radar as a place with great beaches South of LAX. El Segundo, Manhattan Beach,Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes hug the ocean and have such a variety of beaches to envy any city. Imagine a plastic mat across the sand. Moms with strollers, wheelchairs, wagons, canes, and all alternative ways to get closer to the water across the sand.

Manhattan Beach Montessori Schools on Peck have been a creative day spot for many children in the beach area. I know many families that have loved the whole style of teaching there. The children have confidence, self esteem and fun. They develop vocabulary, stage skills, science, reading and on an on.

Top news for Redondo Beach School kids, parents, and Real Estate, it is ahead of all the other South Bay Schools for having the most 10/10 schools. Jefferson, Madison, and Beryl Heights elementary.
Let it be said for Manhattan Beach that they scored 966 out of one thousand points. All said it means a gread deal for the entire South Bay. Torrance has a section called Hollywood Riveria which along with Hermosa, and Palos Verdes schools continue to make our Real Estate prices kept high in reach. Have you noticed the swing into sales in the last week? The South Bay means a lot of things in California. In Southern California it includes the 10-mile stretch of beaches called Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach and Redondo Beach. All three fall south of LAX airport. Something nice is slightly felt as buyers crept out of the woodwork last week and bought homes. Several sales happened with only a few days on the market. They were priced to sell. Then price was right on the nose.

Walk on the LIGHT side, I like this saying more than "right" as Shakespeare paraphrased says" there is nothing right or wrong but our thinking makes it so."
I woke from a dream and wanted to direct my thought out from fear about the world. Suddenly I remembered a game one of my kids had that had a car race, kind a hand held arcade thing you pressed the handle forward and you had to direct it from crashing into the side. I thought of that game and my thinking. Forward and to the light ahead.
