NAR, National Association of Realtors offered a certification in GREEN. As a local REMAX EXECS agent I signed up along with 21 others to earn this education. It opened up the information I loved. I love TREES. I grew up in Kentucky. My summers were up in a tree reading a book and eating an apple or sandwich I carried up for lunch. Amazing trees held me up in the perch of nature I will never forget.

To predict the future
I read a lot so the influence is there along with my own experience here in the beach areas. Some things ring true from what I read. National Association of Realtors says prices will pick up in 2008. They reason it this way.
Builders slowed down. There is a lot of property out there to buy right now, I see it here at the beach- Redondo, Manhattan and Hermosa Beaches.
