Where do you find the best action? Realtor.com/inernational was suggested to me recently. What has been your experience with them? We are in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. In other areas of the world South Bay is a word that is NOT on the radar as a place with great beaches South of LAX. El Segundo, Manhattan Beach,Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes hug the ocean and have such a variety of beaches to envy any city. Trump is not rags to riches but the American Dream and Hero all the same. How dare I compare? It's a free country. They both lost it all, found it, lost the girl, found her. So many things to say. First of all they were both true to their dream. In the same earth where so many sell out only for the money, they didn't. Manhattan Beach Montessori Schools on Peck have been a creative day spot for many children in the beach area. I know many families that have loved the whole style of teaching there. The children have confidence, self esteem and fun. They develop vocabulary, stage skills, science, reading and on an on.

I love their math program and the individual way they work with each child.

Top news for Redondo Beach School kids, parents, and Real Estate, it is ahead of all the other South Bay Schools for having the most 10/10 schools. Jefferson, Madison, and Beryl Heights elementary.
Let it be said for Manhattan Beach that they scored 966 out of one thousand points. All said it means a gread deal for the entire South Bay. Torrance has a section called Hollywood Riveria which along with Hermosa, and Palos Verdes schools continue to make our Real Estate prices kept high in reach. We saw whales last week. We saw dolphins. Five fun dolphins played in the surf. On the Avenues in Redondo Beach there are street lights along Catalina. Really early they are just standing there and as the dawn comes up there will be a seagull perched on each one. It is later after they leave, a row of smaller birds takes watch.
We see a lot of familiar faces on our walks. The reverance for our ocean and the animal friends in the air and in the water fill us up with awe.

I just love photos on cards. I use the sendoutcardsystem mentioned on my other blogs. Our office has an agent that will do a watercolor of a property on a card for thank you's, just moved whatever. I know an artist that can put the image on glass, plexi and other transparent ways to inhance the realtor gift. There are so many ways to make a personal card for friends and clients. Let me know if I can hook you up with these artists or you as the photographer for cards.
