Where do you find the best action? Realtor.com/inernational was suggested to me recently. What has been your experience with them? We are in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. In other areas of the world South Bay is a word that is NOT on the radar as a place with great beaches South of LAX. Open house for Brokers last Thursday...Some comments were.. How old is this house? They learned that to build it new in 1992 the owners had to make it look like the rest of the block. They did a great job. Look at these photos. The fish scale details at the top match the garage as well. the treo is dying..in my very hands. Palms... My husband and sons are on i-phone. The realtors I know are on treo or blackberries. I just read Jeff Turner on reading books in the kindle app on his iphone. I think I am convinced.

Book night at Barnes and Noble had a great event with the principal reading several stori es to the families, students and customers.The books sold received a portion of funds for the library. The event followed a book signing by an author.
The principal read a favorite book from her childhood days. I had never heard it before but it was masterful as it was pure fun. Kerplunk, Kerplunk the story had the blueberries fall into the pail. They love our city- Officer Campos and Officer Garcia-love working here in Redondo Beach. Even if it means being bitten by a ‘Possum....opossum...Officers today took the animal to release into the wilder parts of our county. The neighbor said he was eating the raccoons food... food is food...How will a skunk, cat raccoon or opossum know the difference in whose food is available. It reminds me of Indians and land...it never occurred to them that someone would divide it up and sell it.What do you readers think? RESCUE FORCLOSED DOGS. The animal Shelters in Arizona are full of these animals. One amazing woman told me of this present day tragedy and we can do something about it. Lets get the word out! This little dog was taken to the animal shelter as a small puppy and rescued. She is a big girl now and sports a cute warm coat for the cold "rare" day in Redondo Beach. But look at that face. Lovely 2008 built new home in South Redondo Beach. The loft has a private balcony. I just love the idea of being in a special room to create, to read and just have a retreat all one's own. This is a view of the loft is from the great room- living dining balcony and kitchen all open for todays family. Tulita Elementry School on Prospect in South Redondo had open house last week. The school event started in the Library with a display of the Young at Art series for each class. Cookies were for sale and raffle baskets. And it rained. Even rain did not stop the good time. We went from class to class seeing all the progress and expectations for each grade. The teachers were amazing. One teacher I could nickname the "child whisperer" like dog whisperer...she just understood children and spoke a language to them that reached them on a deeper level. I am wondering about sound proof windows. Advice needed. One of my clients is buying near a park in Redondo Beach. The park has a basketball court right behind the property. The games on the weekend get fast and loud. There are two courts side by side so its a double game going on.
