Coral Springs single family home sales Increased this month by just under 30% to 79 homes sold; a very nice increase as compared to last months. Typical holiday slow downs sure didn't play out this month with that kind of increase; playing a huge part to this increase in home sales is due to lingering Short Sales and Foreclosures that gained Lender approval and closed during December. Of these Coral Springs homes listed for sale below, over 20% of them sold as a Short Sale, which is a decline from last month. Whereas, just over 22% of the homes sold were sold as REO/Bank owned which is an increase from last month. Another increase this month in Coral Springs homes sold; we hit 74 homes sold which is up from last months increase of 54 homes. Of these Coral Springs homes listed for sale below, almost 18% of them sold as a Short Sale, which is a decrease from last month. Whereas, almost 28% of the homes sold were sold as REO/Bank owned which is about the same from last month. Just over 45% of homes sold in Coral Springs were distressed properties during March 2011; a continuing strong indication of distressed properties on the market competing with non-distressed Sellers selling their homes in Coral Springs.

My idea for this post came to me after reading a newspaper article about the police woman who "put on her shoes" and went the "extra mile" in order to rescue the young girl who had been kidnapped many years ago and held hostage for many years by a man and his wife. The police woman described how she went beyond what was expected of her by going the extra mile and in going that extra mile she put life back in to a family and a young girl. Years and years of Real Estate experience is great for the general practitioner but not if you need to save your home from foreclosure.
