If you can't take the heat - get out of the kitchen!
I write on Short Sales alot as I've been closing Short Sales for several years and I'm really getting tired of Agents who give the selling and buying public bad information on Short Sales. I just came from a posting where this was rampant causing my rant here. Short Sales can really heat things up for both Buyers and Sellers and if you can't take the heat which can happen a lot in Short Sales, then get out of the Short Sale Kitchen!

How to handle bad news
A well known statistic, commonly reported on, yet so hard to believe: 70% of all homeowners who had homes foreclosed on in 2010 never even listed their home for sale. WHY? Why oh Why?!
It's human nature to want to avoid unpleasant circumstances and being faced with foreclosure and wanting to avoid foreclosure is certainly unpleasant. In fact, simply stating that it is unpleasant is an understatement, I'm sure you'd agree. So why did so many distressed Sellers bury their head in the sand?

There's no kidding anybody that times continue to be tough for many Americans, particularly those here in South Florida in towns of Coral Springs south to Plantation and beyond, in fact. In fact, just today we heard of the continued rise in the rate of weekly unemployment rates hitting a high of 500,000 claims. Perhaps, you know someone or are that someone who has been struggling to make ends meet. Have you tried this or considered this yet:

This seems to be a question that many Buyers are asking themselves these days as Short Sale seem to be everywhere. The idea to post on this today came from a conversation that I had today when I phoned a Buyer's Agent to follow up from a showing notification that I received from my showing service. When I phoned the Agent to find out what her customers interest was in my Short Sale property listing in Coral Springs Florida she said,"...oh, we never went to see that as my Buyer didn't want to have anything to do with a Short Sale..." … (2 comments)
