What do Kitchens and Eggs have in common? When you're trying to sell your home, they really can have a lot in common. There are times when you visit a homeowner who is trying to sell their home and there home looks like a "Scrambled Egg"; everything is higgledy-piggledy, messy and not flowing but, all chopped up. It can go far beyond just the Kitchen too. Coral Springs Home Sales in March 2011 Another increase this month in Coral Springs homes sold; we hit 74 homes sold which is up from last months increase of 54 homes. Of these Coral Springs homes listed for sale below, almost 18% of them sold as a Short Sale, which is a decrease from last month. What a closing without a hiccup?! Could it be? Yes, I experienced just such a closing today for one of my Sellers here in South Florida in Jacaranda Lakes. It's just not normal to go through selling a home for a Seller in which everything goes off without a hitch, you know that. This is the first closing in a long time as it just seems that you must go back and forth, every which way to pull off a closing and forget about it being on time as per contract.
