There are times when you visit a homeowner who is trying to sell their home and there home looks like a "Scrambled Egg"; everything is higgledy-piggledy, messy and not flowing but, all chopped up. I can't tell you the number of times that when I'm listing a Short Sale home for sale here in South Florida that a Seller will tell me "....oh no, I don't want a sign in my yard as I don't want the nosy neighbors to know..." There are even a few non-distressed Sellers that don't want the neighbors to know.

Another increase this month in Coral Springs homes sold; we hit 74 homes sold which is up from last months increase of 54 homes. Of these Coral Springs homes listed for sale below, almost 18% of them sold as a Short Sale, which is a decrease from last month. Whereas, almost 28% of the homes sold were sold as REO/Bank owned which is about the same from last month. Just over 45% of homes sold in Coral Springs were distressed properties during March 2011; a continuing strong indication of distressed properties on the market competing with non-distressed Sellers selling their homes in Coral Springs.

What a closing without a hiccup?! Could it be? Yes, I experienced just such a closing today for one of my Sellers here in South Florida in Jacaranda Lakes.
It's just not normal to go through selling a home for a Seller in which everything goes off without a hitch, you know that. This is the first closing in a long time as it just seems that you must go back and forth, every which way to pull off a closing and forget about it being on time as per contract.
