The Second time around is much better! We hear that to be true in marriages.
There are many that say, the second time around is much better when it comes to a lot of things.  I will be the first to say that this can apply to Short Sales as well.
I just received a Short Sale Approval here in Coral Springs and it is the second time around. Short Sale Sellers in Coral Springs and other South Florida cities must monitor your homes List Price if you want to sell your home and avoid foreclosure. Do not let it happen to you, that your Real Estate Agent ignores your home's price letting it sit on the market months on end without a price reduction.  I see it happening all the time and it's wrong. Another reminder of why I do what I do and love it!  I closed on a Short Sale Tuesday with one of my Sellers here in Coral Springs.  There was quite a bit of back & forth with the Seller's Lender (love challenges)....to include demands that the Seller bring monies to closing, monies that she didn't have and we were able to finally get the Lender to agree to a very small $ amount which was manageable by the Seller.
