I received this helpful news from a custom homebuilder friend of mine and thought it was advice that was worth sharing so Enjoy!

I have been the owner of an upscale home for more than 20 years and a homebuilder since 1980. Below are some helpful hints to maintain your home.
Landscaping- Hiring a professional landscaper is best. Mow grass, edge, weed and trim shrubs weekly. Never cut more than 1/3 of the length of the blade of grass. It puts major stress on the lawn. Sure it's more work to cut the grass weekly during growing season but that's … (5 comments)
