Well lately we’ve heard some media buzz that improvement is happening in the Hoffman Estates Illinois Real Estate Market and I just wanted to let you know that YES – it’s true!
So for the month of March 2009 .............. we’ve had 16 properties close – YIPPEE.
All the closings were below the $398,000 price and only 3 were actually above $300,000. This is basically showing us that obviously the first time buyers are spurring along the market.
