homesnap: Homesnap - a 'meh' review

I can't figure out why I need this product & everyday it's being 'sold' to me & pushed down my throat. Consider this my review.
A few features of Homesnap are nice but then more features are less than helpful. What's great about Homesnap is that you can send a copy of your app & buyers can look at your listings 'ad free' vs. Zillow or Trulia that have other agents faces splattered on the right hand side of the screen.
