RECYCLING PROGRAM - Where to get rid of your stuff? Bloomingdale Township Highway Dept. is now sponsoring a recycling program on the 1st Saturday of every month.What will they take for recycling? Computers and Peripherals:CPU's, laptops, monitors, flat panels, keyboards, mice, cable, printers, plotters, external hard drives, tape drives, network hardware (servers, routers, hubs), communication hardware (modems), and subassemblies of any of the above. Data Center Equipment: Power Distribution Units (PDU's), uninterrupted power supplies (UPS Systems). Office and Telecommunication Equipment:Copiers, fax machines, phone systems, cell phones, hand held devices, projection equipment, audio equipment, video equipment, TV's, calculators, security equipment, and typewriters.

Roselle Illinois Market Update by Price Range - July, August, September 2009 Diligently trying to keep both buyers and sellers educated on the local Roselle Illinois Home Sales and housing market has been my goal with these regular posts. This market update gives you the number of homes that have sold by price range so you get a feel for the current sales activity. Which is up giving encouraging news! 35% over the last 3 months!Isn't the $8000 Tax Credit making a difference? Isn't the lower interest rates making a difference? Maybe the great values in the area?I honestly can't say the reason

There is a large amount of inventory thruout the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago which include the Roselle Area. Sellers are competing to make their home standout and enhance their marketability. Prices have held between 4 to 5% from the listing price over the last few months. Here is the chart of ACTIVE Single Family Prices in Roselle with the MARKET TIMES posted as 'average days on the market.' The Community with a proud past and a bright future! The town of Roselle started more than 130 years ago and began as a farming district in Bloomingdale Township where village namesake Rosell (not Roselle) Hough began manufacturing rope and linen with his Illinois Linen Company. In 1873, Hough who was also president of the Chicago and Pacific Railroad was influential in routing a new rail line that would run from Halsted Street in Chicago out to Elgin and then on to Savanna IL.
